Our current work includes applying AI to Gemini’s product and order data mapping, continuing REDEEM’s Veterans benefit discovery and data processing, and developing AppSight for user research and product analysis.

Based in Minneapolis, we build lasting partnerships with clients—from the first product idea through development, launch, and ongoing improvement.

Senior Product Designer

I am a UX designer with a background in graphic design who believes that the key to successful design starts with empathy.
I specialize in designing user-centric solutions that are both creative and function forward. I continue to find success in my practice by staying curious and am always looking to add new skills to my toolbelt.

Research Strategist

I have a PhD in Counseling Psychology with a background in teaching and research. My teaching has covered topics such as research design, scale development, outcome research, and cognitive psychology, and I have over 15 years experience designing, supervising, and implementing research.
In my role as a research strategist, I operate at the intersection of human cognition, applied research, and education to translate complex psychological principles into practical and impactful evidence-based approaches.

Data Scientist

I have a PhD in Linguistics with a focus on NLP and machine learning. I am an expert in developing and analyzing large-scale natural language corpora for commercial applications, and have over 20 years experience in the legal industry developing and implementing algorithms for large-scale document investigation.
I currently work as an embedded design and solutions architect creating systems for collecting and managing data in energy storage systems.
