Every spring and fall, Housing First Minnesota hosts two home tour events: Parade of Homes and Artisan Home Tour. The Parade of Homes is the largest showcase of new and remodeled homes in the nation. Based on the physical guidebook, the Parade of Homes app streamlines the home tour experience—all from the palm of your hand. The Artisan Home Tour app includes many of the same features found in the Parade of Homes app, but offers a more refined experience, showcasing luxurious, high-end custom homes across the Twin Cities.

One Platform for Builders and Teams powering home tours
To support the entire ecosystem, we designed and developed BOSS, a platform built to support builders and HFMN’s internal team. Through BOSS, builders can easily share details about their companies and the homes they’re selling/remodeling. Behind the scenes, HFMN can review and validate every submission, manage tours, maintain data like cities, neighborhoods, and school districts, oversee ads and sponsorships, and control the release of new tour information. BOSS puts everything HFMN needs to run and grow the tour experience in one place.
